Steve, it's been ten months since we moved into our new home and we are extremely happy about the house and neighborhood we chose to raise our family in and are confident we will be, for the next few decades. We owe this peace of mind to you.
You made a very stressful life change more comfortable by giving us frank advice on what we needed to accomplish to get our home ready to sell and by making sure it was ready for visitors before bringing them in once it was on the market (what other REALTORS would remove the bathtub toys and vacuum before an open house). You truly went above and beyond.
We also appreciate that you really listened to our wants and needs and took our best interest to heart when presenting us with homes to consider.
