It is my goal as your full service real estate company specializing in the Bloomington, Normal, and McLean County, Illinois Real Estate, to provide you with superior service at all times.       Steve is a native of Bloomington/Normal, he attended local parochial schools until his jumior year of high school. Steve graduated from Saint Bede Academy in Peru, Illinois.
     He joined the work force, after Junior College, as a union laborer here in B/N and Chicago. Steve returned to Bloomington and worked with his family for the next twenty-two years at BPC Foodservice Inc. (Bloomington Provision Company) which was a wholesale food distributor founded by his father Lou Stevens in 1946. Steve sold his share of the business to his brother, cousin, and uncle in 1995 and started his own business of helping clients with their handyman needs. Steve formed a business called "Stevens Anything Goes". This company was built on the principals learned from his father. "Quality Product, Fair Price, and Great Service"
     Since becoming a REALTOR, Steve has attained the prestigious designations of GRI (Graduate of REALTOR Institute, ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and is currently working towards the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) disignation. 
     Steve is also Quality Service Certified and has received Platinum status which is the highest level of service achievement in the real estate industry. By being QSC, this allows for past clients rate the service of their REALTOR. This holds the agent responsible for their actions.
     During the last four years Steve has helped first-time home buyers through the difficult process of home buying, worked with investors, and along side home sellers to successfully stage, market, and sell their homes and property.
